I'm a technology professional with more than 12 years of experience helping people confidently use the systems and information they rely on. My work sits at the intersection of technology, communication, and user experience.
I've managed and supported websites across WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, and CivicPlus; developed documentation and self-paced learning resources; and designed and delivered more than 40 live and virtual training sessions for platform launches, system upgrades, and new processes. I'm especially skilled at taking something complex or unfamiliar and turning it into clear, practical guidance people can actually use.
My experience also extends into multimedia and live production. I've coordinated vendors, developed run-of-show documents, managed graphics and video playback, operated production technology, and supported high-visibility public events where preparation and calm problem-solving were essential.
Whether I'm improving a website, developing a training program, documenting a process, or coordinating a live production, I bring the same approach: understand what people need, create a thoughtful plan, and make the final experience feel simpler than the work behind it.
I'm naturally resourceful, comfortable learning as I go, and often become the person others rely on to bring clarity and structure to work that crosses teams or disciplines. I don't just learn tools — I consider how they fit into the larger goal, how people will interact with them, and what will help the work remain useful after it leaves my hands.
